Due to our heavy backlog, (in part due to illness), we have instituted a waiting list. Send us an email (from the Contact Us page) to get on the list. Waiting list call-back time will depend on the length of the list at the time your name is added.

Estimated turnaround once your item is received is typically 2 to 5 weeks.

Rush Jobs are normally accepted for an additional fee of $40.00. Please send an email for specifics.  But at this time, we are not accepting Rush Jobs.  Sorry.

If any Item is sent without contacting us first, it will be returned at your expense.

Please... no walk-ins,

When we are caught up, we will change this notice and once again accept Rush Jobs and walk-ins.

No more than two items will be accepted at one time, but exceptions may be considered.
